To make your arrival easier and ensure a smooth start to your stay, we have implemented online check-in for you. With this completely contactless check-in, you can settle in comfortably without waiting or handling any paperwork on-site. We want to provide you with maximum comfort and flexibility. Even though we won’t meet in person, we want your stay to be hassle-free.
Here, we will provide all the important information for your stay.

How to Get to Us?
Address: Bobrovník 60, 790 61 Lipová-lázně
Drive up the paved road.
On the left side, near the tall willow tree, turn down towards our cabin.
You can park below and next to the cabin.
The main entrance is located on the lower side of the cabin. In front of the main doors, there is a gate with a key box.
CHECK IN
Check-in is from 3:00 PM.
The code to open the key box is: we will write the code the day before arrival
You will have 4 keys available. For clarity, the keys are color-coded:
- Side entrance:
Green – Gate at the entrance doors.
Yellow – Upper lock on the entrance door.
No color – Lower lock on the entrance door. - Entrance from above:
Blue – Entrance door to the winter garden.
CHECK OUT
On the day of departure, please leave the cabin by 11:00 AM so we can prepare it for the next guests.
Close the windows, turn off all space heaters, turn off the lights, and make sure the fireplace doors are closed
Lock the upper entrance door to the winter garden and the side entrance door, including the gate.
Place the keys back into the key box at the entrance and lock the box (with a different code than the entry code).
UTILITY WATER
The cabin has only utility water. Drinking water will be provided in PET bottles.
BIKE ROOM/SKI ROOM
Bicycles, skis, sports equipment, and other items can only be stored in the winter garden (entrance from above).
RECOMMENDATIONS
We recommend bringing indoor shoes, as it may be cold from the floor on the ground floor.
Please move around the cabin (except for the winter garden) without outdoor shoes. The entire first floor is carpeted, and we would like to maintain its cleanliness and longevity. Thank you for your understanding!
Smoking is prohibited in the entire interior of the cabin, including the winter garden.
Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
